Random shots from Barcelona
Well I started to do a really nice post to tell about all the nice things we have been seeing in Barcelona. I hooked up the harddrive to the computer, but I cannot view the pictures, just see the file names. As a result, I am just going to pick some pictures and upload some random shots. We will see what happens.

Some pigeons having a bath.

Ok, I forgot that I would want to rotate some pictures. Ah well, it is part of the fun now. Here is a shot of George enjoying a beer in a sidewalk cafe. (Don´t mention his short hair cut or I will never get his hat off of him!) I need a nice new flash like Ryan. Maybe a better camera too.

Here is a sculpture in a park.

This is the inside of a tower in the Church of the Sagrada Familia. This church was designed by Gaudi and is still being built.

Casa Mila La Pedrera. Another one of Gaudi´s works.
Cheers. George has figured out how to view the pictures in Microsoft word. I am going to go work on my original post.

Sorry Carolyn, I know you said don't mention it but George - love the hair! Have your eyes always been blue??
I would have to agree with Magda, nice hair cut.
It must have been Greece that tempted you to go for the classic Adonis/Narcissus look you just need a toga and some sandals now :)
I love the hair George - it makes you look both younger and older at the same time. Suave and sophisticated :)
And Carolyn - I think the random pictures is a fantastic idea - very much a lucky dip sort of thing - can't wait to see the full wack of pictures!
Hey George - excellent haircut, and who knows what the barber of Seville would have done with it ;) As Wendy says - the days of the Hobbit are over. I'm printing the photo for your wallet to take to your Canadian Figaro. Enough of opera allusions, eh?
I suppose we all failed in keeping our mouths shut about his hair. Hopefully he hasn't resorted to covering it with a hat all the time now.
We will have to wait and see if he wears the hat tomorrow or not. I guess the only person who would be disapointed with the new hair cut would be the lady from Florence who was walking behind us and said, ¨That boy has hair like David!¨
I absolutely love George's hair. You see him not the curly mass of hair. Yes, his eyes are ver-r-ry nice indeedy. Look out Carolyn the older woman are chasing him now (just pushing your buttons now). But I would vote for this look for a long time to come.
The trip looks like it has been an experience of a lifetime. You will have to share more of your pictures when you get back, which is so very soon.
Hey George, have you lost weight?
