Pictures from Germany

Ok, so it's time to catch up on some pictures. The following are from our stay in Jena, Germany, about 1.5 months ago.

Here is the view from our room in Eberhard's house in Jena. Such a picturesque little town.

We took a walk up the hill to view Jena from above. The view was great, but it was raining so my lens had water droplets on it. Here is a picture of the whole gang (yes, George was due for a haircut even then). We had a great time when we were in Jena; Eberhard and his family were excellent hosts.

There is nothing like red clay roof tiles for cheeriness, even under cloudy skies. Doesn't it remind of Decin a bit?... and that reminds me - did you ever make it to Carlsbad?

We never went to Karlovy Vary (The czech name) because it was too expensive. We decided to spend more time in Prague. It was well worth it.
