Pictures!
Well, we are staying in Děčín, where my family on my father's side has been so kind to let us stay with them. More on our visit and recent travels in a later post, but now, while I have access to a computer that doesn't cost 1 euro per hour, I will post some photos.

Sunset on the coast in Bournemouth.

A ferris wheel at night in Bournemouth.
Ok, this is taking far longer than expected, so you will have to wait for pictures from the Netherlands, Germany, and what we have so far in the Czech Republic. Maybe we will post pictures in Prague.
Ciao!

Good to hear you have made it safely to the Czech-land.
The beach there is really neat/strange with the many peirs going out into the water.
We'll be waiting for some more photos (guess it isn't that high-speed of service there ;)).
Hi kids, dad is counting the days for you, :). Hope you had that hike up to the bridge, and liked it. Georgie, thanks for the postcard from the Mauritshaus. As you assumed, correctly, we did not make it anywhere besides Amsterdam. Next time I want to go to Leyden, too. Did you get Elen's message about the Prague apt.?
Hey,
Thanks for the birthday wishes, sorry for not posting. I hate posting on blogs. Erica and I got postcards from you, but she hasn't seen hers yet.
News? Dad's back from the boat trip, they had a rough start (boat broke half a day out), Steven got the apprenticeship, Mike and Laura have left on their trip, Mom and Dan are in New York where they have been going to many plays and Dan is teaching Mom how to use MSN. I'm back from Nova Scotia, Hope says hi and that she hates you. I also drove to Ottawa/Hull and made it back safely on my own. Erica is working still until sometime after thanksgiving, but is signed up for ringette. Mom and Dad managed to book their trip so that they leave on Dan's birthday and return on Erica's. hope that's enough news for ya. Go take more cool pictures like the ferris wheel one, that one's neat.
Suzanne ;}
The picture of the ferris wheel is very cool (although I think it is actually a merry-go-round, no?).
Have fun, Jack is doing great, Saru is getting used to him, and doesn't pick on him nearly so much these days. They even play together sometimes, it's kind of cute.
Hmm... I would have guessed Carousel, or a whirligig.
Glad to hear you are continuing safely on your travels.
It was great to see a couple of pictures from your stay with me.
To explain the things going into the water, they are not piers but gyrones to stop sand erosion.
take care and I look forward to your next update.
Yay for comments! Thanks everyone! We were starting to get discouraged...
Ferris wheel, merry-go-round... they both go round and round, so really what's the difference? :P
It's not that the internet is slow here, but it takes a loooong time to go through the photos. Thanks Caroline for the portable HDD! It has come in very handy.
Thanks Suzanne for the family news. Glad to hear that your trip went well, and sorry about the boat.
I love the picture of the merry-go-round. It turned out so well! The coast looks very nice as well.
Have a great time in Prague!! I look forward to more pictures!
Great pics! Especially the merri-go-round/ferris wheel :)
Sounds like you are having such an amazing time!!!
